Community Sales Executive at Quickline Communications
At Quickline Communications, we are dedicated to delivering high-speed and dependable broadband services to all individuals, regardless of their location. Our goal is to ensure that even the most remote regions have access to exceptional internet connectivity.
As a Community Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in promoting and representing the Quickline brand in newly developed areas throughout Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospective customers, addressing their inquiries, and facilitating their enrollment in our broadband services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with local residents in rural areas to present the most appropriate broadband solutions.
- Maintaining and updating customer records within our CRM systems.
- Serving as the primary contact for customers, responding to a variety of questions and concerns.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Quickline within the communities we serve.
- While training is provided, prior experience in the telecommunications industry is beneficial.
What Makes You an Ideal Candidate?
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives, especially in direct sales environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships and engaging with the public.
- Ability to understand technical products and effectively convey their advantages.
- Experience in managing CRM data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- Capability to pass a DBS check and possess a valid driving license for fleet car access.
