- Collaborating with the Service Manager to provide essential support and guidance to the team, facilitating the delivery of personalized care and achieving positive outcomes for our residents.
- Assisting support workers in maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including daily logs, care plans, and support guidelines, to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
- Leading initiatives to foster strong relationships among colleagues, residents, families, and external professionals.

- Overseeing the completion of mandatory training for the team, ensuring that all professional development requirements are met.
