Job Summary:

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a skilled Marine Engineer to join our team in a busy marina environment. As a Marine Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of vessels, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent mechanical failures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of vessels to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and other preventative measures

• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to resolve complex mechanical issues

• Develop and implement procedures to improve vessel efficiency and reduce downtime

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Marine Engineer or similar role

• Strong knowledge of vessel systems and mechanical components

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
