About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our Responsive team at Sanctuary Property Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work on our properties across the South East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications
  • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition
  • Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, resolving problems or setting in motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed
  • Provide accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer
  • Participate in our Out of Hours emergency cover on a rota, with an enhancement paid
Requirements
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (wet trades, carpentry, joinery, plumbing), or currently undertaking the qualification
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations and working legislation
  • Skills in some of the following disciplines – Wet Trade, Plumbing, Carpentry, Joinery, UPVC door and window fitting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads, work to deadlines, and plan ahead
  • Full valid UK driving licence
