Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Workingmums. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects in the energy sector, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale projects in the energy sector, including HV Transmission & Distribution projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Manage and coordinate the work of site managers, assistant site managers, and section managers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Manage commercial activities associated with the project, including cost control and financial metrics
  • Oversee the performance of subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering HV Transmission & Distribution or major civils projects
  • Experience in a project management role, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop close working relationships with clients and subcontractors
  • Expertise in the use and interpretation of project controls
  • Dedicated and continued investment in professional development
