Job Title: Head Groundsperson

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Grounds Management Team at Beckenham Crematorium. As a Head Groundsperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the grounds are well-maintained and provide a tranquil atmosphere for families to honour their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the grounds to a high standard, including grass cutting, pruning, and planting.
  • Ensure the crematorium buildings and grounds are clean and tidy.
  • Work collaboratively with the Grounds Management Team to achieve shared goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to families and visitors.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks.
