Senior Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assisting contractors through the tendering process, completing bills of quantities, and maintaining detailed project records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize estimation files, complete tenders, and maintain detailed project records.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and specialists to ensure smooth tendering processes.
  • Perform accurate take-offs for residential and commercial projects, utilizing appropriate tools and software.
  • Provide professional insights and value engineering advice to clients, incorporating feedback and managing project revisions.
  • Handle communications, administrative duties, and support for colleagues and directors.
  • Conduct post-call follow-ups and compare cost estimates with clear tender analyses.
  • Manage large-scale commercial projects, ensuring effective time and deadline management.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the building industry.
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry.
