About the Role

The Senior Estimator will play a critical role in our project planning and execution process. This individual will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs while collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take the lead on senior-level estimating projects.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the estimating team.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all work produced and checked within the team, adhering to building regulations and requirements.
  • In conjunction with the Head of Technical and Estimating Services, ensure performance, accuracy, and workflow targets set within the department are met.
  • Review and improve estimating processes and systems to ensure the service offering remains up-to-date with regulatory, customer, and business requirements.
