Project Engineer Opportunity

Navartis is working with a top UK engineer design and build company to recruit a Project Engineer for their Southern Region.

The successful candidate will work on large projects in the East Sussex / West Sussex areas, managing allocated engineering aspects and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to and assisting the Project Manager and Senior management team
  • Reviewing and creating risk assessments and method statements
  • Working with subcontractors to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently
  • Assisting with project plans and maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Quality control and procurement

About the Company:

Our client is a leading civil engineering and utilities company with over 100 years of experience. They operate in the Water, Civil Engineering, and Infrastructure sectors and work on prestigious major projects across the UK.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience level
  • Excellent benefits package including company vehicle or allowance, generous annual leave, excellent pension, and Bupa health care

Requirements:

  • Civil or Mechanical Engineering background
  • Water / Civil Engineering / Infrastructure sector project experience
  • 4 years + experience in an Engineering role
  • Strong time management and excellent communication skills
  • HND, HNC or Degree in engineering related discipline
