Project Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Melior Associates, working on civil and wastewater projects in the West Sussex area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, and conferring with relevant stakeholders.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Project Engineer- Collate engineering specifications to generate supply chain enquiries, ensuring accurate and detailed information.
- Review and create Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct site surveys, taking measurements, photos, and gathering information to support project needs.
- Coordinate activity between key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project progress.
- Regularly report project updates to Senior Management, providing timely and accurate information.
- At least 2-3 years of project engineering experience, preferably in the water and civils sector.
- Hold an engineering degree, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
