Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Bank Staff team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the care needs of patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing clinical procedures, and maintaining accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development

Requirements
  • Registered Adult Nurse on the NMC register
  • Minimum 6 months post-NMC registration experience
  • Supervision of junior staff
  • Experience of working on own and in a team
  • Recent acute experience within the past 6 months
