Job Description:

Recruit UK is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Adviser - Manager to join a well-established UK Financial Advice company. As a Senior Financial Adviser - Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of financial planners, advisers, and support staff. You will also be responsible for managing an existing client bank and dealing with new high net worth (HNW) client enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of financial planners, advisers, and support staff
  • Manage an existing client bank and develop new business opportunities
  • Provide independent financial advice and make recommendations to clients
  • Manage and develop a team of financial planners and advisers
  • Oversee the delivery of financial planning and wealth management services to clients

Requirements:

  • Diploma (Dip PFS) or equivalent, ideally en route to Chartered status
  • Proven experience in financial services, with a strong background in financial planning and wealth management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
