Liberty Specialty Markets is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst I to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting business operations through research, analysis, and the development of actionable recommendations.



Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations within Liberty Specialty Markets and externally to gather essential information such as financial data, market trends, product profiles, and operational processes. Collaborate with various departments, conduct interviews, and perform primary or secondary research to obtain comprehensive insights.
  • Analyze collected information both qualitatively and quantitatively. Contribute to the development of software applications/models and ensure accurate data tracking and verification.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, action proposals, and implementation plans based on your analysis. Effectively communicate findings to supervisors and project managers, fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Work closely with other teams to coordinate interdepartmental activities, ensuring that Liberty Specialty Markets consistently meets customer expectations. Contribute to resolving issues promptly and efficiently, upholding company policies and delivering exceptional service.
  • Regularly engage in meetings with your supervisor to review your work progress, discuss project updates, address concerns, and seek guidance.
  • Take initiative by executing special projects as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to contribute beyond your core responsibilities.

Your Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with proven research abilities.
  • Possess excellent written communication skills for drafting reports, proposals, process maps, and delivering impactful presentations. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Exhibit a high level of technical proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), spreadsheet creation, and database navigation software.
