About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team of Early Years Educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Support the Nursery Manager in meeting targets relating to occupancy, revenue, and staff retention.
  • Take overall responsibility for the nursery in the manager's absence.
  • Uphold exemplary levels of customer care and champion partnership working.
Requirements
  • Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working in a leadership role in a nursery setting.
  • Has excellent knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements.
  • Can inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children.
