KiddyKare Ltd is a reputable and established Day Nursery in Aylesbury, seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, including overseeing planning and record keeping.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to maintain good relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Support and maintain working relationships with relevant local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with current policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Assist the manager with maintaining accurate accounts for the nursery.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of regular staff, planning, and parent meetings, as well as other events.

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
  • Previous experience in managing a room or team within a nursery.
  • A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Thorough knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
