Job Title: Food Quality and Safety Inspector

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Quality and Safety Inspector to join our team at Recruitment Solutions Workforce Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our food production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage quality systems and food safety manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  2. Develop and implement quality training programs for employees, customers, and business improvement activities.
  3. Conduct regular quality audits and mock audits to ensure 100% readiness for customer audits.
  4. Supervise the Quality Assurance Department and ensure policy and specification enforcement.
  5. Participate in EQ initiatives and promote a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  1. BS Degree in Science related discipline with a minimum of 8 years in QA or Food Manufacturing.
  2. Proven experience in quality management systems, including documentation, control, and adherence to food law and customer-driven regulations.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact with operations teams and visit company facilities regularly.
  4. Ability to develop, implement, and control QA budget, as well as manage day-to-day quality with review of quality records and SPC compliance.
  5. Strong understanding of Sanitation Practices and Effectiveness verification, with experience in statistical tools and data interpretation.
  6. Possess and demonstrate passion for the job, the role, the company, and the industry.
