About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our setting. This is a 5-day week, 40-hour position with a salary of approximately £47,000 plus an attractive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of professionals in providing high-quality childcare services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for children and families.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a Day Nursery setting.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted regulations.
