Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update monitoring systems, including error investigation and correction.
  • Provide regular reports in line with relevant KPI requirements.
  • Offer a help desk facility for building maintenance calls.
  • Resolve or escalate client queries efficiently.
  • Prepare, monitor, and distribute contract documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role.
