Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions, ensuring client objectives are met, and delivering projects to time, cost, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project governance, processes, and systems are in place.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques to improve project performance.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
