About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Maintenance Technician to join our team at Churchill Living Careers. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing professional and courteous maintenance services to our homeowners, ensuring that their newly purchased Retirement Apartments are in excellent condition.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, content to travel within the Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be provided with a handheld tablet/mobile phone to assist with your diary, daily tasks, and scheduled works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance and repair work to a high standard of workmanship
  • Provide excellent customer service to our homeowners
  • Work efficiently and effectively to minimize disruption to our homeowners
  • Tidy up after yourself and keep the work area clean and organized
