About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Realm Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a newly qualified solicitor, with a focus on growing the department and developing your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a junior solicitor, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Take on a range of tasks, from day-to-day client matters to more complex work, and lead the team to achieve exceptional results
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the department, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive success
  • Work closely with the team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service

Requirements

  • 5+ years of PQE experience in private client law
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on leadership and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
