Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Integrated Community Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient-centered care and contributing to the development of our services.

Main Responsibilities

You will work closely with community nurses, community matrons, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation assistants to maintain independence, promote self-care, and assist patients in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will be hardworking, reliable, and able to use their initiative and work flexibly to respond to the service needs.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and approachable team, working in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and a commitment to excellence. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise, working with a diverse range of patients and conditions, including neurological, orthopaedics, falls, long-term conditions, and musculoskeletal.

Person Specification
  • Experience of working at B5/B6 level
  • Experience of previous NHS work
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • HCPC registration
