About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Training Academy team as a Training Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our training courses, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up training rooms for Academy courses
  • Welcome and support delegates from arrival to departure
  • Distribute passes and preordered course materials
  • Ensure facilities are presentable at all times
  • Order and deliver lunch at staggered and pre-agreed times
  • Maintain stationery stocks and ensure they meet course requirements
  • Organize leftover course materials
  • Liaise with divisions to coordinate room bookings
  • Input training course data into the CRM system
  • Prepare and send feedback reports
  • Undertake general administrative or ad-hoc duties as directed by Management
Requirements
  • Proven office-based, customer-focused administrative experience, including working experience of the MS Office suite
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An enthusiastic and can-do attitude
  • An ability to multi-task effectively
  • A highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to organize their own professional priorities
