About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our CAMHS team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of a range of groups and 1-1 therapies within the i-Thrive Model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of a range of groups and 1-1 therapies within the i-Thrive Model.
  • Supervise and manage others, with support and training provided for the right candidate.
  • Develop innovative strategies to support young people and their families.
  • Work with children and young people who have a range of presentations, including early presentation of psychosis, self-harm and suicidal ideation, other trauma-related emotional difficulties, low mood, anxiety, obsessional compulsive disorders, and other mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
  • Provide interventions for young people with additional neurodevelopmental needs, including co-morbid mental health issues.
