Early Years Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an Early Years Recruitment Consultant to join our team at TeacherActive. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and filling vacancies in early years education, working closely with schools and clients to understand their needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools and clients to identify and fill vacancies
- Search for and shortlist candidates for vacancies, conducting interviews and assessments as needed
- Support schools with temporary and permanent placements, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Collaborate with the Resourcer and compliance team to ensure candidates are fully cleared for work
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices to continually improve performance
