Associate Structural Engineer Opportunity

Emtech Recruitment is partnering with a leading consultancy in London to find an exceptional Associate Structural Engineer to join their team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to lead project teams, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in structural design, with a minimum of six to seven years of experience in a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams and manage engineers and technicians to deliver projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and manage fee proposals to ensure profitability and value for money.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a professional network to secure projects.

Requirements:

  • Chartered status or scheduled to take the chartership exam in the near future.
  • Minimum of six to seven years of relevant experience in structural design, including detailed design of building structures, glass structures, and temporary works.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
