About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Structural Engineer to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As an Associate Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in providing compliance, surveying, engineering, and design services to the built environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering surveys and small works teams, working on defect and condition surveys, RAAC surveys, load assessments, and small works such as extensions and alterations for private and public body clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand client portfolio and manage growth of project portfolio.
  • Prepare fee proposals, manage programme of works, and assist with business development.
  • Maintain client relationships and deliver high-quality work.
Requirements
  • Chartered MIStructE qualification.
  • Experience in EuroCodes and British Standards.
  • Ability to mentor and train team members.
