Site Engineer - Earthworks

Balfour Beatty VINCI is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team on the HS2 project in the West Midlands. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of earthworks on this complex project.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in earthworks and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site teams to deliver earthworks projects safely and efficiently
  • Develop and implement site plans and procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve project goals
  • Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary

Requirements:

  • Experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and earthworks
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
