Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients according to their individualized care plans

• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
• Assist with patient assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal care
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through effective communication and care coordination

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN
• Minimum of 1-year experience working in a nursing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
