Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Play Worker to join our team at Fielding Primary School. As a Play Worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe and fun play experience for children from Reception to Year 6.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage children during playtime
  • Develop and implement play activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Follow good hygiene practices when working around food

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
