Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, budgets, forecasts, and other reports for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulations.
  • Provide accounting advice and guidance to clients and help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in the accounting industry and best practices.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or AAT).
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in an accountancy practice or a similar environment.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach and a willingness to learn and develop.
