Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. As a key member of our therapy team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to our students.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments to identify the therapeutic needs of our students and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Lead and facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, ensuring interventions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Manage and monitor a caseload of students, ensuring timely delivery of therapy services and regular review of progress.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers and support staff, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student care.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a therapy setting, preferably with children and young people with autism and associated learning difficulties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
