Role Overview: In the capacity of MEP Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the estimation, pre-construction phases, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. You will report directly to the senior management team, guiding a skilled workforce and collaborating with subcontractors to ensure the effective execution of MEP projects. This position also offers a unique pathway for professional development, with the potential to advance into a Senior Management role as part of the company’s leadership evolution.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Estimation and Pre-construction: Work closely on MEP trades estimation and initial project planning.
  • Contract Analysis: Review contract documents and propose adjustments for MEP trades.
  • Team Management: Supervise project teams and MEP subcontractors from the planning stage through to project completion.
  • Scheduling: Create comprehensive Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules for MEP installation tasks.
  • Material and Equipment Oversight: Evaluate and authorize materials and equipment for MEP systems.
Essential Skills:
  • Completion of a trade or technical apprenticeship with a focus on building services.
  • Achievement of BTECH Level 3 / HNC and NVQ or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple subcontractors on small to medium-sized projects.
  • Strong digital skills with the ability to foster enduring client relationships.
  • A solid background in construction or project management.
