Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for liaising with customers on a daily basis to ensure their needs are met. This will involve managing new and existing customers, generating new business opportunities, and processing sales orders using internal systems.

Main Duties:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
  3. Process sales orders and manage customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. They will have experience in managing new and existing business, generating new sales, and working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Walsall area, offering a competitive salary and bonus structure.
