Overview:
Our client, a Chartered Insurance Broker, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Insurance Account Handler. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with the commercial sector and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and retention.
- Manage and administer insurance policies, including quoting, binding, and renewals.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and initiatives.
