Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial support and regular communication across the business
- Standardise Management Accounts and Financial Reporting, driving improvements
- Build and maintain a strong financial control culture
- Manage audits, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables
- Oversee balance sheets, cash flow budgets, and forecasts
- Lead and develop the Finance team, fostering collaboration and high performance
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in senior financial roles, ideally within the travel industry, or retail sector
- Experience working in a highly transactional, fast-paced company
- Previous experience working for a large, multinational company in a matrix environment
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team development
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and financial controls
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Post-qualification accounting experience is essential
