As a Junior Project Manager, your role will encompass the management of all facets of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to project scope, and budget compliance.


This position offers the chance to lead the execution of a significant and complex project.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Project Manager

Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Formulate detailed project plans that encompass scope, timelines, and financial estimates.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility assessments and risk evaluations.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.

Project Execution:
  • Oversee and coordinate construction operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Track project advancement, identify potential challenges, and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Manage project resources, including workforce, equipment, and materials.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and teamwork among project participants.

Financial Oversight:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures to ensure financial integrity.
  • Perform cost analysis and value engineering to enhance project efficiency.
  • Authorize project invoices and oversee financial reporting.

Qualifications for the Junior Project Manager
  • BSc degree in Construction Management, Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
