About the Role:As a Global Coordinator within our Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global business functions. Reporting to the SVP of GBS, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and overseeing project progress across multiple regions.
Your Responsibilities:- Proactively manage regional and global meetings, including conference calls and travel arrangements. Coordinate team meetings and functions, and manage executive expenses.
- Collaborate closely with the SVP GBS to lead governance meetings and track project progress from those meetings.
- Monitor due dates and deliverables for key GBS initiatives and projects in coordination with global team members.
- Coordinate communications with GBS teams globally, partnering with relevant departments like People Team or Corporate Communications. This includes newsletters, service bulletins, and other communications to keep regional teams informed and aligned with global standards and initiatives.
- Prepare presentation materials in support of the SVP, GBS and their direct reports, focusing on keeping executive leadership informed of performance and key milestones within the GBS team.
- Manage highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information with the utmost discretion.
- Plan and execute meetings, conferences, and events as required.
- Provide administrative support to the GBS leadership team.
