The Role

We're seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team, based in the Midlands and surrounding areas. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of volume installation/construction projects around the Midlands, Derby, Nottingham, and Lincoln areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of volume projects, working closely with the project team to mitigate any risk
  • Defining project objectives, forecasting, undertaking effective day-to-day management of the project, and ensuring that the project runs to time and budget by taking P&L responsibility while also delivering operational performance excellence
  • Customer satisfaction, engineering support, and improved profitability

Required Skills & Experience

  • You will have a strong and demonstrable background in Project Management, ideally within the Lift Industry or similar allied trade (i.e., Construction or M&E environment)
  • You will have relevant Project Management qualifications
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
  • A highly effective, confident communicator, who can be assertive when required and who also understands the importance of meeting deadlines while ensuring effective customer service
  • You will be commercially astute with the ability to maximize profitable revenue and be able to deliver results in a customer-facing capacity where long-term relationship building is key
  • You will be highly organized, IT literate, and able to thrive in a large complex demanding organization
