About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our multi-skilled site team, you will be responsible for the on-site installation, testing, and sign-off of our projects, as well as overseeing all aspects of assigned projects from commencement to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical installation and refurbishment works on existing water company sites in accordance with project requirements and programme.
  • Work on client sites across the region, including sites that convey sewage and drinking water, and comply with necessary hygiene standards.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing design drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projects.
  • Inspect and test electrical systems to troubleshoot problems and verify installations.
  • Complete required paperwork to demonstrate installation and testing work has been carried out successfully, accurately, and timely.
  • Supervise and manage installation teams, ensuring all site health and safety compliance.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience of electrical installation and supervision, ideally in the UK water sector.
  • Good communication, team working, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and implement electrical drawings and instructions.
  • Fully qualified electrical fitter (NVQ level 3 or equivalent).
  • 2391 Test and Inspection preferable.
  • Positive 'can do' attitude with flexible approach to work.
  • Driving licence (full, clean).
