We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Respiratory team at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT as a Medical Secretary. This role will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the efficient end-to-end patient pathway.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain a high standard of administrative support to the Respiratory team.
- Ensure robust systems are in place for the efficient patient pathway.
- Manage digital transcriptions in a timely manner, adhering to Trust expectations.
- Provide proactive waiting list coordination to ensure patients are booked in line with clinical priority and national/local waiting times.
