Job Title: Finance Analyst - 12 Month Duration

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key business partner, you will provide timely and informative financial and strategic support to multiple areas of the business, and assist in analysis, planning, reporting, and business decision support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial analysis and support to cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and review customer accounts receivable balances, including performing credit checks.
  • Investigate, analyze and resolve customer accounts receivable balance discrepancies.
  • Delivery of insightful analysis on performance across various KPIs/segments.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing teams on handling brand investment spend, ensuring accurate monthly forecasts and Budgets.
  • Maintain Pricing, Promo and Customer Terms in SAP.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of financial systems as necessary.
  • Complete ad hoc analysis for senior collaborators.

Requirements

  • A highly motivated Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of diversified, related financial experience; experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Very strong analytical skills and SAP proficiency required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present financial issues.
  • Experience in a retail/FMCG or multi-site operation is advantageous.
