About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at We Do Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the consolidation of the UKI forecast, annual budgeting process, and operating plan variance analysis.

As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with our Business Partners to provide strategic analysis for financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, and other projects requested by senior management. Your expertise will be essential in driving profitable growth and making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide insightful analysis to support the creation of overall business plans
  • Build strong relationships with Business Partners to drive vertical growth
  • Develop annual business plans, budgets, and cash flow projections
  • Gather data and inputs from various sources for budgets and forecasts
  • Conduct analysis and provide commentary on business performance
  • Integrate and maintain Business Intelligence Tools and Dashboard reports
  • Contribute to process excellence by identifying improvement opportunities
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in FP&A or Business Partnering role
  • Knowledge of HFM, Salesforce, and IFS highly desired but not necessary
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent business analysis skills and proficiency with analytical tools
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
