About the Role

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a renowned luxury fashion house to find a talented Luxury Retail Trainer to join their team. As a Luxury Retail Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of the retail staff, helping to cultivate a team that embodies the brand's values and delivers exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on luxury retail best practices, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Director and store management to identify training needs and create tailored solutions to improve team performance.
  • Conduct training sessions in-store and at the training center, using innovative techniques to engage and inspire staff.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging staff to pursue excellence in their roles.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer expectations to ensure training materials are relevant and impactful.
  • Support new hires through onboarding processes, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent the brand from day one.
  • Participate in regional and global training initiatives, collaborating with the Global Training team to share best practices and enhance the training experience.
  • Travel across Europe as needed to provide on-site training and support to various retail locations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in luxury retail training or senior management, with a strong understanding of luxury brand standards.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of luxury customer service principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative training materials and methods.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as part of the role.
