We are actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our workforce as a Mill Cleaner at our Feed Mill.

Purpose of the Role
Responsible for the cleaning of machinery, silos, and feed mill equipment in accordance with customer specifications and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the mill is cleaned to the highest standards at all times
- Wear protective clothing (PPE & RPE) provided by the company and adhere to Health & Safety regulations
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored appropriately
- Respond to management requests promptly and courteously
- Work within agreed timeframes for each assigned task
- Operate independently and collaboratively to maintain a clean and organized mill
- Conduct touch point, COVID, and general office cleaning, including restrooms
- Report all hazards and near misses
- Assist the site team during equipment breakdowns
- Operate necessary machinery such as scrubbers, pressure washers, mobile elevating work platforms, and FLT (training provided)
What We Are Looking For:
- Good command of English and basic numeracy skills
- The ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly
- Strong attention to detail and a flexible approach to tasks
- Experience in industrial cleaning is advantageous but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided
