About the Role
NHS Professionals Limited is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Nurse to join our team. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication with patients and families.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote a positive and supportive care environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest pediatric nursing practices, policies, and procedures to ensure evidence-based care.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a pediatric hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
- A Paediatric Nursing Degree.
