Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and carers to promote effective communication and ensure that patients' needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure that care is patient-centered and responsive to their needs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure that care is coordinated and effective.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that care is safe, effective, and efficient.
- A Paediatric Nursing Degree
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric hospital environment within the last 3 years
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
- Flexible shifts and fixed term placements across our client Trusts in England
