Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care, adhering to NMC guidelines and professional practices.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to promote patient-centered care and achieve positive outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify risks, and implement interventions to prevent harm.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Qualified Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) or nearing the end of your nursing degree/masters.
- Knowledge of NMC guidelines, requests, and professional practices.
- Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development (desirable but not essential).
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
- Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competitive salary range: £31,500 - £40,455.
- Additional 25% for overtime hours worked Monday – Friday.
- Additional 50% for overtime hours worked Saturday and Sunday.
- Additional 100% for hours worked on a Bank Holiday.
