Exchange Trading Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Exchange Trading Specialist to join our team at B2C2 OTC Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving our Exchange Trading capabilities to maintain and further increase our market share on crypto exchanges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Exchange Trading strategies to optimize trading performance
  • Design and optimize end-to-end trading stacks, including exchange pricing, algos, order and risk management, analysis, and monitoring
  • Automate trading systems and implement automated risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve trading capabilities
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in writing front office trading system components
  • Strong expertise in FX, Crypto, or Equity products
  • Proficiency in at least 2 programming languages (Java, Python, SQL, Rust, etc.)
  • Experience in pricing and trading strategies, quantitative research skills, and machine learning
