Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Manage an independent caseload, assessing individuals with physical disabilities, sensory impairment, mental ill health, and learning disabilities.
  • Equipment and Adaptation Provision: Take specific responsibility for providing appropriate equipment, minor and major adaptations, and assistive technology, as well as planning and implementing reablement programs.
Requirements
  • Understanding of Occupational Therapy: Demonstrate a clear understanding of the role of an occupational therapist in a community setting.
  • Disability Awareness: Show an awareness of disability issues and their impact on individuals.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with citizens, their families, and carers.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively as a member of a multi-skilled team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate the ability to manage own time and workload efficiently.
  • IT Skills: Possess basic IT skills, including the ability to record work, prepare reports, and maintain accurate case notes.
